These terms govern your use of the GASS Goa website, portals, appointment booking, online shop and workshop services provided by Goa Auto Service Station, Curchorem, Goa (established 2003).
Bookings & appointments
Appointments are confirmed only after we message you back with a reference number. Estimated ready times may vary depending on parts availability and workload.
Payments & GST
All prices are in INR and include GST at applicable rates. Payment is due before delivery / handover unless a written credit arrangement is in place.
Warranty
Tyre and product warranties are governed by the manufacturer's terms. Warranty claims require the original invoice and a valid barcode / batch reference.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. GASS Goa may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to workshop work or goods sold is limited to the amount paid by you for that specific job or item.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Goa have exclusive jurisdiction.
